The Gary Law campaign respects your privacy. This policy explains how information submitted through this website may be used.

You may choose to provide your name, email, phone number, postal code, preferred language, volunteer interests, lawn sign interest, donation interest, and message. Donation records are handled separately by the campaign's Financial Agent as required by election law.
How Information Is Used
- To respond to inquiries and volunteer requests
- To coordinate campaign activities, voting reminders, and lawn signs
- To send campaign updates when you request them
- To meet applicable legal and election-finance requirements
Access and Sharing
Information is limited to authorized campaign team members and service providers who need it for campaign operations. The campaign does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed where required by law.
Canadian Privacy and Election Compliance
The campaign aims to use reasonable privacy practices consistent with Canadian privacy principles, including PIPEDA-style safeguards where applicable. Campaign contribution records may be collected, retained, and disclosed as required by Elections BC and local election finance rules.
